Hind Institute of Medical Sciences [HIMS] is a medical college in Lucknow located in the Barabanki District. It is affiliated to Dr. R.M.L Avadh University and is recognized by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare as part of the Government of India. Apart from providing Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees in Medicine, HIMS is known to provide degrees in Nursing (both BSc and MSc) as well as various specialized diplomas in the paramedical field to certify health care professionals. To apply for admission in the Medical Courses, one must write the NEET examination. While applying for a post-graduate degree in medicine, it is compulsory for the applicant to have completed an Internship.
