Navodaya Medical College, established by S. R. Reddy in 2001 in Raichur district Karnataka, is the first private medical college started in Raichur district. It offers a four-and-a-half-year program leading to the award of the degree M.B.B.S. Navodaya Medical College and the attached Navodaya Medical College Hospital & Research Centre are duly recognized by the Medical Council of India and are affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka.
